LitePoint Z8653 PXIeSignal Analyzer

The Z8653 (Part Number: 1130-02) from LitePoint is a PXIe Signal Analyzer that is designed for precise and flexible signal analysis across a wide range of frequencies. Built with an input frequency range of 250 MHz to 6 GHz, this versatile analyzer offers reliable and comprehensive testing solutions for baseband, IF, or RF signal applications. The front panel of the Z8653 is equipped with a selection of input channel options that easily integrate within existing testing setups.

The channels on the front panel of the Z8653 offer enhanced connectivity for a range of applications. The “IN +,-” connector facilitates the input of differential baseband signals, while the “IF IN”, “RF IN”, and “LO IN” connectors are designed for inputs from Single-Ended IF, RF, and Local Oscillator signals respectively. Each of these channels use an SMA connector type, while the two channels of the LitePoint Z8653 labeled “EXT IN” and “EXT OUT” utilize SMB connectors. The channel labeled DIO is equipped with a 8-Pin Header connector type. The input frequency resolution of the analyzer is 1 Hz.

The RF Input Channel of the LitePoint Z8653 boasts an input impedance of 50 Ω. In terms of dynamic performance, this RF Input features a spurious-free dynamic range of ≥ 75 dBc when excluding harmonics- providing high quality measurements for strong signals. The RF harmonics of the device measure ≤ -40 dBc. The LO (local oscillator) Channel of the LitePoint Z8653 has an input impedance of 50 Ω alongside a frequency range of 250 MHz to 6.55 GHz. The differential baseband input channel of the analyzer has an input voltage range of +4 dBm (1 Vppd).
